Committee and ASM Event Teaming

Event Checklist to ensure ASM and Committee Alignment.

1. Click on link to the Troop Calendar (must be logged into Legacy Site to view)
2. Click on an event to edit the event in the calendar
3. Next to the "Leaders" heading, input the ASM 1st, then add the committee member 2nd on the list for the leaders planning the event.
4. If names are not listed for an event, they either have not been updated or no adults have signed up to lead and plan the event.
5. If you want to sign up to assist with an event, please contact the webmaster, the committee and/or the scoutmaster.
