Mulch Procedures
The Annual Mulch Fundraiser is the largest fundraiser conducted by our troop. The troop raises funds annually
for participating scouts to enable them to go to summer camp and high adventure camp. Mulch is ordered from
a third party and sold to neighborhoods (2-3 zip codes) around the troop meeting venue, Our Saviors Way
Lutheran Church or OSWLC. The entire troop’s participation is highly encouraged and makes it a profitable
operation.
